Preparation
Place lump crab cakes on a baking sheet and pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each. Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 8 to 10 minutes. Internal temperature of crab balls need to be at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can serve with lemon and tartar sauce. If you prefer to make your own crab balls, then you can also buy crab meat fresh from Crab Dynasty.
We purchased shrimp and crab balls for our son on his birthday. The shipment arrived on the preferred day and was just as it should be. Crab Cakes were excellent. Purchased for SO from mid Atlantic region an who was craving crab. Having grown up catching and picking crabs she can be quite critical of her crab meat.
