Preparation
Be gentle when handling crab claw meat. The goal is to keep the chunks of crab claw meat together. It is recommended to look over the fresh crab meat while you prepare it, just in the rare case of some leftover shell. It is a good idea to prepare your favorite dish, and then gently "fold in" the crab meat to avoid breaking apart.
Made Crab Louies with 1lb. lump and 1lb. claw crab meat. We were hesitant to buy this because of receiving frozen crab in the past, but Crab Dynasty really knows what they are doing. Absolutely sweet crab meat and the consistency was as though it had never been frozen. It was in our freezer for 3 days before we made the salads. We'll do this again!
