Preparation
Place lump crab cakes on a baking sheet and pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each. Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 18 to 22 minutes. Internal temperature of crabcake needs to be at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can serve with lemon and tartar sauce. If you prefer to make your own crab cakes, then you can also buy crab meat fresh from Crab Dynasty.

The jumbo crab cakes were the best and I have gotten them from a lot of places, and the shrimp and scallops were also excellent. Since I am from Maryland I know what good sea food tastes like and Crab dynasty is the best π¦π¦π¦π¦
