What if there is a problem with my order?

Our team will work with you to resolve any problems with your order from Crab Dynasty. Please contact Crab Dynasty's customer service team within 48 hours if you encounter a delivery delay or product issue. Depending on the issue, Crab Dynasty may do one of the following:

Ship a replacement order
Apply a store credit for a future purchase
Provide a refund

What is your returns policy?

Crab Dynasty offers returns for a full refund within 48 hours. Crab Dynasty does not provide a return shipping service; you can use an economical shipper of your choice. You can apply store credit issued to rectify a problem with your order to a replacement of the same product (no product substitutions).

What shipping services do you provide?

We offer shipping services through UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air. and UPS Next Day Air. Available shipping options to your address will display at checkout. You will receive your order within 1 or 2 days, depending on your products and the shipping service you select.

What delivery days are available?

Crab Dynasty offers delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Select your preferred delivery date during checkout. Please note that delivery is not currently available on Sundays and Mondays. Saturday deliveries are available in most areas but may incur additional shipping costs.

Our products will arrive within 1 or 2 days, but you can also schedule a delivery date in advance for a no-stress special event.

What is the same-day shipping cut-off time?

Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements or to place a phone order. Our customer service team is available during our operational business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

How will my order ship?

Crab Dynasty ships orders through our partner at UPS. UPS will email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track recent orders on our Order Status page or by visiting www.ups.com.

How do you ship live crabs?

Crab Dynasty ships live crabs via UPS 1 Day Ground or UPS Next Day Air. Considering the fragile nature of live crabs, we add extra to each order to make sure you have plenty to serve at your table.

How is my order packaged?

Crab Dynasty hand-packs and ships every order in a special seafood transport cooler. Ice packs will keep your seafood cool for up to 48 hours. The majority of our products are perishable, so your delivery is guaranteed fresh to your door.

Where does Crab Dynasty deliver?

Crab Dynasty delivers to all 50 US states. Additional delivery charges may be applied for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Crab Dynasty does not currently offer international shipping.

Does Crab Dynasty offer free shipping?

Local orders via UPS Ground are eligible for free shipping on orders $200 and up before taxes have been applied.

What is the Southern Connection Delivery service?

The Southern Connection Delivery service is Crab Dynasty’s fleet of temperature-controlled delivery trucks. If you are a wholesale customer, Southern Connection Delivery may be an option available to you during checkout.

We offer delivery through Southern Connection Delivery to restaurants within approximately 200 miles of our main shipping location in Crisfield, Maryland. Customers eligible for delivery via Southern Connection Delivery will see the option during checkout.

If you are not within the Southern Connection Delivery service radius, do not worry! We have approximately 125,000 UPS package cars, vans, tractors, and motorcycles available to make your delivery!
